The Space
Welcome to this beautiful and authentic Mallorcan country estate, perfectly located on the peaceful outskirts of Campos.
Designed to accommodate 12 guests, the property features 7 elegant bedrooms, all equipped with en-suite bathrooms for maximum comfort and privacy.
Outdoor Area
Set on more than 160,000 m² of private land, the estate offers vast gardens, wide open spaces, and an inviting 5×12 m swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, a Balinese bed, and several terraces from which to enjoy the serene views of the gardens. The fully furnished porch beside the house, framed by greenery, is ideal for outdoor meals or quiet moments in nature.
Guests can also stroll or jog within the estate’s extensive fora vila, where paths of natural earth let you connect with the countryside away from paved roads.
Depending on the season, you may also savor fruit grown right on the property — figs, pomegranates, prickly pears, and more — a delicious taste of Mallorca’s authentic landscape.
Interior
The 700 m2 house is distributed on the ground floor, which includes the main living room, dining room, kitchen, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and showers. All are equipped with air conditioning and heating. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and the seventh bedroom is located on the third floor, which has an en-suite bathroom and beautiful views.
The living room is very cozy and rustic, with three sofas and two tables, and air conditioning.
The kitchen has two fridge-freezers, two ovens, two microwaves, and a ceramic hob. It also has all the necessary utensils for easy cooking. It also has a table with chairs. In the laundry room, you’ll find two washing machines, a dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.
Two cribs and two high chairs are available upon request for an additional charge of €10 per night.
You enjoy complete privacy and complete peace and quiet. The apartment is just 1.5 km from Campos, where you’ll find everything you need during your vacation: supermarkets (800 m), a medical center, a pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, and more. You can contact us for restaurant recommendations or a place to go shopping.
A 15-minute drive takes you to the white-sand beach of Es Trenc, a natural gem of the Balearic Islands. And in the surrounding area, you’ll find many more beaches and coves with crystal-clear waters. The city of Palma is about a 40-minute drive away, where you can enjoy sightseeing, cultural tours, or shopping. There are several water parks on the island, such as Westernpark and Aqualand, and you can also visit Palma Aquarium.

There is outdoor parking for 7 cars.
